About us
SandLine Legal Analysis was formed by a former Police Officer and Inmate in the State of Oklahoma. We are familiar with the dichotomy within Oklahoma's judicial system and are motivated to bring balance and peace to an area that has garnered much negative attention. The change that is necessary will require updated concepts and renewed minds in order to view and utilize legal procedure in the way it was naturally designed. We do not employ attorneys, and we do not engage in legal advice. We are here to provide legal information to our incarcerated brothers and sisters so they are able to make informed decisions, and to develop systems for demonstrating personal growth and change to Oklahoma's Pardon and Parole Board.
Why us
We are intimately acquainted with the lack of connectivity in our justice system and the overall lack of follow through beyond incarcerating individuals. Justice goes beyond punishment and includes rehabilitation and restoration. Justice without a path toward reconciliation with society is simply revenge. And unfortunately, this is like mopping up the water from an overflowing sink, instead of attempting to correct the real problem by turning the sink off. If you want to change society's systems, you have to start with society's thoughts about its systems.
Guiding Principles
Diligence
Success that endures begins with doing a little thing, for a long time, until something big happens.
Humility
When you seek to understand why people do the things they do, it's much more difficult to pass judgement.
Management
We work diligently with the little things, so that you can trust us with the big things.
SandLine Legal Analysis is not a Law Firm, we are not attorneys and we do not practice law or assist in the practice of law.
Our focus is analyzing facts that are relevant to an individuals incarceration and arranging those facts into an illustration that can be added to their parole or commutation efforts. Performing a detailed review of these facts is referred to as an analysis, and these analyses can be utilized by an incarcerated person as a tool to adequately show a history of their decision making. We are not attorneys, and nothing that we say should be construed or relied upon as legal advice. We are only here to create new ways for the public and governing authorities to view those who are in our state's prisons.
